Clean and cozy environment with friendly service! I ordered the Tom Yum soup and Thai pineapple fried rice—both were absolutely delicious. The Tom Yum had a rich, tangy-spicy flavor with plenty of fresh ingredients. The pineapple fried rice was beautifully presented in a half pineapple, full of flavor with fresh shrimp, crunchy cashews, and perfectly cooked rice. Highly recommend this place—will definitely come back!

Excellent papaya salad! Every dish I've tried here is fantastic, and the presentation is stunning...each plate is a work of art, a feast for the eyes as well as the palate! "Mild spice" truly is mild, not hot at all. If you're not sure about the spice level, they will give you a little jar of chilis on the side so you can have it truly hot! The service is fast, and the servers are friendly. I love the small size and intimate atmosphere of this restaurant, it's perfect!

Absolutely phenomenal Thai food—this place is a hidden gem that deserves way more hype. We ordered the pineapple fried rice, and let me tell you, it was hands-down the best we’ve ever had. It came in a generous portion, bursting with flavor—savory, fragrant, perfectly seasoned, and totally satisfying. Not to mention, it looked beautiful too. Then came the khao soi—a rich, creamy, egg noodle curry that was so coconutty, so silky, and so outrageously delicious that we couldn’t stop eating even after we were full. It’s the kind of dish that makes you want to book a flight to Chiang Mai just to compare—and this one might still win. But the showstopper? The pina colada. It doesn’t come in a glass—it comes in half a pineapple. It’s basically a tropical dessert disguised as a drink. Fresh, boozy, and gorgeously presented like a piece of edible art. I’ve never seen anything like it. If you’re thinking of going—just go. And bring an appetite.

Amazing food, great service, and a fun but fancy atmosphere! If you love or crave Thai, this is a great place to come! I had the Egg Rolls and Wonton Soup which were delicious, the wonton in the soup were so juicy and the vegetables in the Egg Rolls were so good. Would come here again, I would recommend for anyone!

Highly recommend! I got the Koloa pad Thai with shrimp. It comes with an omelette and a flower pedal on top. I was a little skeptical of the omelette and pad Thai combo but it was most delicious! The portion size was way more than I was thinking. You definitely can your moneys worth! I was able to have three meals out of this dish. The staff is friendly and accommodating! I asked for a box for my food and they put my food into my box for me! They also never asked how we liked the food which I actually appreciated; however, they were always around if we needed something. If you find yourself in Koloa, it’s worth a try!

We went to Koloa Thai Bistro twice during our trip at Kauai, and the food is absolutely fantastic! The Tom Yum soup is very flavorful and the ingredient is fresh and delicious. We also ordered fish curry and shredded chicken wrap, and enjoyed every dish. The service here is also amazing, and would be back if we’re going to visit Kauai again!

We got Mai Tai and lychee martini here. Both were exceptional! Food tasted amazing. Their only dessert: mango sticky rice was the best of all!

If you desire something rich and creamy, look no further than the khao soi. This egg noodle curry is often described as outrageously delicious, embodying the spirit of traditional Thai food with its coconut hints and smooth texture. It’s a dish that transports you straight to Chiang Mai, as noted by Jim Fan.
